Dakota Ultrasonics ZX-1 Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Gauge Z-300-0001 / Z-300-0003Manually adjust velocity to calibrate to any material typeResolution:.001" (0.01 mm)Includes NIST-Traceable Calibration Certificate, CE-Certified5-Year Warranty, Made in USADatalogging:NO
The Dakota Ultrasonics ZX-1 Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Gauge Z-300-0001 / Z-300-0003 will hold a single velocity, making it the perfect choice applications where only one material is being tested day after day. With the preset velocity in the gauge, you simply turn it on and go to work. The Dakota Ultrasonics ZX-1 Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Gauge Z-300-0001 / Z-300-0003 allows the operator to adjust the acoustic velocity (speed of sound through a given material) from 0.0120 to .7300 in/?s. 305 to 18,542 meters/sec to calibrate the gauge for use on a wide variety of materials. The programmed velocity can be locked to prevent accidental adjustment. Typically used on applications where a single material type is tested. It is designed for measuring wall thickness and the extent of corrosion on a wide range of materials. It is commonly used for checking the thickness of pipes, tanks, plates and other objects. It is designed and built to withstand harsh industrial conditions and is backed by a 5 year limited warranty.

Dakota Ultrasonics ZX-3 Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Gauge Z-302-0001 / Z-302-0003 with T-102-2000 ProbeCalibrate to known thickness or Select Material from 8 PresetsResolution:.001" (0.01 mm)Includes NIST-Traceable Calibration Certificate, CE-Certified5-Year Warranty, Made in USADatalogging:NO
The Dakota Ultrasonics ZX-3 Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Gauge Z-302-0001 / Z-302-0003 accurately measures wall thickness and the extent of corrosion of all metals, ceramics, glass and most rigid plastics - from only one side! It can measure thickness up to 36 inches (915 mm), depending upon the material and transducer. The Dakota Ultrasonic ZX-3 Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Gauge combines the best features of the ZX-2 allowing the operator to select from 8 preset materials as well as program 2 custom material velocities, plus allows free adjustment of the velocity as desired and allows the end-user to calibrate to a sample of known thickness where the velocity is automatically calculated. Additionally, to optimize linearity over a wide range, the user can perform a 2 point calibration to two samples of known thickness. The optimal velocity is automatically calculated to provide the highest accuracy and linearity between the low and high calibration points. The ZX-3 can be used in a Single Thickness Reading mode or in a Scan mode , where the probe is dragged over a large measuring area. The minimum thickness reading recorded during the "scan" will be displayed. The ZX-3 probe is waterproof and can be submerged in water. The gauge is impact-resistant and environmentally sealed (IP65) to provide trouble-free operation under the toughest field conditions
